Fun and Useful Things to do With Your Social Media: Digital Marketing Michigan

If you want to increase your social media traffic we have some easy tips to help you achieve a better presence. If you have a business, you should be on all the popular social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. If you have a business that sells products or services you can snapshot, Instagram and Pinterest are also a good idea. Once you have your pages set up, there are some simple tips to follow to help increase traffic to your social channels.

     1. Schedule Posts

Using a program like Hootsuite can help reduce the time it takes you to post to all your social sites. Instead of posting to each site individually and signing in and out of them separately you can use Hootsuite and do them all at once. If it takes you less time to post then maybe you’ll have more time to create an extra post here and there, which brings us to our next tip.

     2. Post Frequently

People want to see that you are active. If they follow your page it’s because they are interested in what you have to say, so say something! You don’t have to post every hour on the hour. Depending how busy you are you could post once a day or even just a few times a week, just make sure to keep the posts interesting so the people following you will engage with you and your brand.

     3. Social Media Ads

This tip won’t be for everyone but it is a sure fire way to increase the traffic and likes on your page. Creating a Facebook ad can really help boost your page views, likes and product sales. You can also use Facebook ads and post them on an Instagram account so that you can get extra traffic. They cost money but even a little bit can go a long way if you create the right ad. So give it a try!
