3. Add a Great Cover Photo and Profile Picture

Make sure they are interesting and that they are the correct size so they don’t look stretched or pixelated. A profile picture showcasing your logo is always a safe bet. When people search for things on Facebook, the logo is the first thing you see, so make sure it looks nice too!

4. Respond Quickly to Direct Messages

If you respond quickly and often to user messages you’ll receive a little badge from Facebook that states you are “Very Responsive to Messages”. This can really help your business out because people will be more likely to send you a message if they think they will get a quick response. And quick responses are great customer service! In order to get this badge, you have to have a response rate of 90% and a response time of 15 minutes over the previous seven days.
